Your safety and that of the athletes has the highest priority for us. We would therefore like to point out that there will be strict controls at the entrance to the competition hall. We ask you to carefully read and follow the safety instructions.
The ticket counter is located on the left hand side in front of the main entrance to the competitopn hall. If available you can buy further tickets here, and pick up your pre-ordered tickets.

All bags exceeding the given dimensions (max DIN A4) must be dropped off before entry to the competition hall. Tere will be a left-luggage office at the Mercedes-Straße for all non-permitted bags and items for a fee of 3 EUR.
Jackets and small bags can be dropped off at the cloakroom in the foyer of the competition hall.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost property will be collected at the Info Point in the foyer.
Only cash can be paid at all food stands in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Hall. An ATM is located at the fan center of VfB Stuttgart (Mercedesstraße 73a) and in the foyer.
Barrier-free access to the Hanns-Martin-Schleyerhalle is via the ramp Mercedesstraße. All further information can be found here
After the end of Session 1 doors will open for Session 2. The Opening times are:
October 4th and October 5th from 3:30 pm
October 6th and October 7th from 4:30 pm

Questions about arrival
Yes, all tickets include free use of public transport in the VVS area.
You can use public transport from 3 hours before doors are open until 5 am of the following day.

A team consists of four athletes. An overview of the teams and the athletes can be found here.
Olympic order:
Women: Vault – Uneaven Bars – Beam – Floor
Men: Floor – Pommelhorse – Still Rings – Vault – Parallel Bars – Horizontal Bar

Photos may only be made for private use.
Cameras without tripod and with a lens size up to max. 200mm can be brought into the hall.
Questions about the tickets
All tickets are excluded from the exchange and we cannot take back any tickets.
But you can try to sell them on your own. Maybe our Facebook-Event helps you for posting your offer.
Yes, it is possible to leave and return to the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle with a stamp and a valid entry ticket at any time.
